Two people, Portsmouth NH, and a gap we kept noticing.
Seacoast Analytics is a boutique analytics consultancy in its early stages. We're not a platform. We're two people who do analytical work for small businesses that can't afford a full-time data team.
Why we started this
Between a background in data science and analytics and one in economics, we kept landing on the same observation: small businesses in the seacoast region generate a lot of data and do almost nothing with it.
They're not going to hire a data scientist. They can't afford a large consulting firm. And the off-the-shelf BI tools are either too expensive, too complicated, or too generic to be useful without someone to configure them.
We built Seacoast Analytics to fill that gap — scoped, affordable analytical work tied directly to business decisions, done by people who actually read the numbers instead of just generating the charts.
The difference between charts and decisions
We combine data science and machine learning with an economics background — so the analysis doesn't just find patterns, it explains why they matter and what to do about them.
We don't stop at charts. Every engagement ends with specific, actionable recommendations tied to real business levers — pricing, timing, mix, staffing.
We're building this in Portsmouth because we know the market. Seasonal cycles, regional demand patterns, local competitive dynamics — not generic best practices.
We're currently in our pre-launch phase. No case studies yet, no long client list. What we have: real analytical skills, a working demo dashboard, and pricing that reflects where we are — because we'd rather earn trust with a few great early engagements than overpromise.
If you're a small business in the seacoast region interested in seeing what your data says, being an early client is the right moment — the price reflects it.
